Introduction to the equipment functions

- The feeder of the Feeder automatically peels off the label onto the anti-sticking plate and waits for the suction nozzle to pick it up.

- The four-axis manipulator automatically picks up the adhesive backing.

- The lower camera automatically identifies the real-time position coordinates of the adhesive backing.

- The upper camera automatically identifies the coordinates of the product that needs to have the adhesive backing pasted.

- Through the visual calculation of position coordinate information, the automatic pasting effect is achieved, and the accuracy can reach ±0.05mm.

- The marriage rate is > 96%. （It refers to the ratio of the actual working time of the equipment to the planned working time per unit of time）

- The qualified rate is > 99.6%.

- The process rejection rate is < 0.9%.

- Production capacity: 1500-2400 pieces per hour (varying according to different products and the difference between single-head and double-head configurations).
